Service Description

A relaxing meditative yoga class under the night sky. Filling our space with galaxy projectors, dim lights, relaxing scents and much more to make this class as comfortable as possible. We will be moving at a slow pace while also holding poses for minutes at a time, focusing on the bodies connective tissues, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, anxiety and overall finding balance within the mind, body,soul and heart.
